How To - Timeouts

If the till and the PED lose their connection, the transaction may timeout. This will happen automatically and no input is required.

If a timeout occurs, the till will display the following:

It may take up to 2 minutes for the transaction to automatically timeout.

The red X can be pressed on the PED to cancel the transaction at any time.
